Our Dental Assistant certificate training program is accredited by the American Dental Association of Commission on Dental Accreditation. You get the opportunity to perform various tasks in our dental assistant training, such as exposing and developing dental radiographs, taking impressions, pouring and trimming models, instrument and procedural set-ups, patient management, and equipment sterilization and disinfection.

The IntelliTec Medical Institute ADA Accredited Dental Assistant training program includes a 300-hour externship, providing you the opportunity to practice your skills in a real-world setting in Colorado dental practices. Students are eligible to apply for the nationally recognized Certified Dental Assistant Examination offered by the Dental Assisting National Board Inc. (DANB). Successful Completion of the DANB Examination awards students the status of Certified Dental Assistant (CDA). This certification is recognized nationwide. As a graduate, you are also certified by the State of Colorado in Dental Radiology and obtain a certification in CPR.
