The Dental Assisting Certificate program is accredited by the American Dental Association of Commission on Dental Accreditation. Graduates of our ADA program are eligible to take the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB).

Intellitec Medical Institute ADA Accredited Dental Assistant Certificate program includes a 300-hour externship, providing you the opportunity to practice your skills in a real-world setting in the Colorado Springs area. Students are eligible to apply for the nationally recognized Certified Dental Assistant Examination offered by the Dental Assisting National Board, Incorporated (DANB). Successful Completion of the DANB Examination awards students the status of Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).
Upon passing the Registered Dental Assisting examination, you graduate with a professional Dental Assistant certificate and are eligible to immediately sit for the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and become Certified Dental Assistants (CDA). This certification is recognized nationwide. As a graduate, you are also certified by the State of Colorado in Dental Radiology and obtain a certification in CPR.
