Institute Objectives

1. To provide specialized education services on the collegiate level for the healthcare industry. This objective is reached by offering two types of programs: intensified certificate programs and associate degree programs
2. To provide in-depth education programs that give predominant emphasis to healthcare education in preparation for immediate job entry
3. To provide general education; to enable students to develop attitudes, knowledge, qualities and skills necessary to equip them with the basic tools of citizenship
4. To provide complete and effective support services for all students

IntelliTec Medical Institute in Colorado Springs is accredited through the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools.

IntelliTec is a medical career school that offers both certificate and associate degree programs. We strive to maintain small classroom sizes to provide you the kind of medical training that features personal one-on-one attention.

IntelliTec Medical Institute was established in 1966 as PPI Health Careers School, and offered a Medical Laboratory Technician program. Our curriculum was expanded to include a Medical Assistant program and was first accredited in 1970.

The high demand for quality healthcare career training in Colorado Springs and student demand for more specialization helped us continue to add select tracks to our healthcare school.

In 1988, we relocated to our existing 27,180 sq. ft. home at 2345 North Academy Boulevard. IntelliTec Medical Institute was acquired by N B Education, LLC in November of 2006 and plans for future growth with additional centers for healthcare career training in Colorado Springs and beyond.

IntelliTec Medical Institute is also a member of the Better Business Bureau, the Colorado Private School Association and the Colorado Springs Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
